About Art

Let’s take a break for a moment to talk about art. Art (photography included) is a powerful medium for imparting hope and peace, but it’s also great at imparting the opposite. That is a tragdy of our century. It is interesting to note that most art started in the church and then the church abandoned the artists to their own devises – which I think lead to that tragedy. Now the church is saying, “oops – sorry – come back to the hope and peace and find the beautiful spirituality that can come from the beauty of artistry” (that’s my rephrasing). So calling all artists back to the beauty that can change our hopeless world back to one of beauty!
