What is your policy on comments?
We encourage discussion, but comments that are spam, mean-spirited, rude, defamatory or in other ways unkind will not be tolerated. Please be kind and courteous and enjoy the art!
How does your shop work?
If you see a photo in the blog that you would like to purchase, use the order form to make the order. You can also buy products through my Etsy shop. There are further policies there. All payments go through PayPal. You do not need a PayPal account to make a payment.
Do I have to pay shipping if I live in Colorado Springs, CO
If you live in Colorado Springs, you may contact me directly to purchase anything you see on the website and in the shop and we can work out an alternate method of delivery if you don’t want to pay shipping. You will have to pay sales tax however.
If I order a print where does it come from?
I use Mpix for prints. They are one of the best labs around. Other products are made in my studio.
What forms of payment do you accept?
Online orders can be paid by through PayPal. PayPal accepts all major credit cards as well and you don’t need an account to use PayPal. I also accept personal checks for in-person sales (see next).
What is your policy on personal checks?
I do accept personal checks for in-person sales (sales made directly with a First Century Studios representative and not via the website). If you would like to pay with a personal check please send me an email to place your order. I will ship out or deliver your product once the check has cleared.
When do you ship products?
Product fulfillment depends on the product as they are made when you order them. It can take up to 3 weeks for production before mailing – though I try my best to get things made and out to you as soon as humanly possible
How do you ship?
Most shipping is via the US Postal Service.
What is your return policy?
I do hope you are happy with your product, but if you do have problems contact me within 7 days of receipt and I will do my best to remedy the problem. Some custom orders are not returnable.

We are very concerned about keeping your information safe. We won’t spam you and you can unsubscribe from our mailing list at any time. We won’t share your information at any time unless required by law. There are a few ways to get out our mailing list.
